Brigg Litter Campaign

Brigg is a little cleaner thanks to local heroes.

Jane Kitching, Committee member of CPRE Northern Lincolnshire, has been organising a series of litter picks in Brigg. Jane, a regular litter picker for many years, has been delighted with the response from local people, commenting: “it is so encouraging to get such enthusiastic support for cleaning up the local environment”.

Jane has been particularly impressed with the range of ages of the volunteer litter pickers and she is also able to report that a group of students at Sir John Nelthorpe School in Brigg, go on regular litter picks.
